Casa empowers people to take control of their digital wealth.
As Casa's inaugural brand designer, I created systems, processes, and guidelines to elevate the Casa brand. This work culminated in a full-scale brand refresh that Casa's VP of Product and Design called "the most exciting design project he's ever been part of."
Casa's products were built with a human-first design philosophy. However, brand visuals and storytelling were driven by an engineering mentality that had become overly product-focused — limiting Casa's ability to connect with people on an emotional level. The goal of the refresh was to evolve the Casa brand to embody the core aspects of their identity and purpose: who they are, what they believe, and the future they want to create.
